TRAVEL — MOROCCO
Twice a year we change our menu to celebrate the flavors and drinking custom of a different country around the world.

La Chanteuse
A bright, refreshing vodka sour through the lens of north Africa, featuring hibiscus tea.

Maghrebi Mint Sour
Moroccan mint tea, rum, & vanilla bean set off this crave-able concoction like a cool breeze through the desert.

Crimson Sash
A Maker’s Mark bourbon slushie with bright pops of earl grey & nigella sativa!

Fennec Fox
Toasted pistachio, spiced dates, rich rum and Kashmiri Amaro… brooding, adventurous, crushable.

Light of Casablanca
If preserved lemon is your jam, this is for you. Rye whiskey & chocolate bitters light the fuse.

Le Fils Maudit
A super-chilled olive-oil washed gin martini? Chermoula blue cheese stuffed castelvetrano olives? Heck. Yes.

Hotel Muniria, Room 9
Silky & bracing, a book-at-bedtime blend of scotch whiskies with sherry & cardamom.
TROPICAL
This section is full of unexpected flavors from around the globe, and features a few old favorites from our first three cocktail menus. Expect off-the-beaten-path elements and heaps of fun.

Fortress of Solid Dudes
Apricot, coconut, & green chile just met at a house party and bonded over their love for everything from comics to Campari. Life is weird!

Navy Strength Cocktail
Mysteriously silky Old Fashioned with cognac, rum, roasted tropical fruit, and bitters. Mind your step!

Butuan City Soundtrack
A bourbon slowjam that’ll make you sing. Mango, toasty rice, and kalamansi harmonize.

El Perro Grande
A spicy mezcal crusher, best-seller, shot-caller, brawler…

Escape Hatch
The shock success of our 1st cocktail menu! Dark rum, falernum, coconut water, herbs.

Chicha Marauder
A centuries-old spiced purple corn beverage meets a new school trinity of sherry, brandy, & rum.

Amulet’s Glow
A romp through the tropics on a sailboat, with a basket of guavas, a bottle of pisco, and a jug of mezcal…
TIKI
Making tiki drinks is like playing cover songs. Do you play the classics straight ahead, the way they were written, or modernize them a bit? We stay as close to the originals as possible, except in cases where we feel like little tweaks were necessary.
